Hudson Valley Boot Camp began with just 4 clients, and now boasts over 200. By keeping enrollment to a maximum of 20 students per session, Hudson Valley Boot Camp provides results-driven programs for a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Donna Houlihan, owner of Hudson Valley Boot Camp, has been a trainer and group exercise instructor for over 21 years, teaching anything from spin, step, rebounding, kickboxing to Bootcamp. She was a Fitness Director, Instructor, and Personal Trainer in Rockland County for 10 years. After relocating to Orange County thirteen years ago, she has continued to instruct, personal train, and most importantly, motivate and inspire adults and children through boot camp.
Donna competes in triathlons, half marathons, Spartan Races and short distances races throughout the year. She brings her love, passion, and excitement for being fit and strong to her business and to every one of her classes and clients. Bootcamp has become her passion and with it she hopes to inspire people to find the strength, power and happiness she has found through this form of exercise we call BOOT CAMP!
