Donna Houlihan, owner of Hudson Valley Boot Camp, has been a trainer and group exercise instructor for over 25 years, teaching anything from spin, step, rebounding, kickboxing to Bootcamp. She has continued to instruct, personal train, and most importantly, motivate and inspire adults and children through Hudson Valley Boot Camp.
