Donna Houlihan, owner of Hudson Valley Boot Camp for 11 years, has been a trainer and group exercise instructor for 27 years. Certified in group fitness, personal training, Spinning and is also an official RRCA long distance running coach, Donna  has continued to instruct, personal train, and most importantly, motivate and inspire adults and children to be the strongest, fittest and best they can be. 

With her years of experience, Donna has gained the ability to be able to work with all fitness levels and ages conducting classes that will not only challenge you  but allow each member to work at their own level.


For Donna, being able to share her passion for fitness and the many benefits it brings to all the other areas of our lives has been the most rewarding.  27 years of experience working with woman has also given her the ability to relate to woman over 40 about the physical and mental challenges of menopause.   Staying fit and strong is important at any age but especially important as we get older.
