Boot Camp Locations and Times
Hudson Valley Boot camp classes combine intervals of high intensity cardiovascular and strength training in a high energy, supportive environment. Our members use anything from kettlebells, cones, agility ladders, to their own body weight to tone and build muscle while increasing cardiovascular endurance.
As of November 1st all classes are held in our winter location!

Youth Boot Camp
Parents, get your kids body fit and build
confidence all while having a blast in the process! Children ages 11-14 will learn to use their own body weight, kettle bells, jump ropes, agility ladders and lots of other fun tools and drills geared to the younger sports enthusiast!
